Gender Equality Plan (GEP)
DORNA is formally committed to effective equality between women and men, in its institutional functioning as much as in its analytical work. This conviction is inseparable from our field of study: the struggles of Iranian women for freedom and dignity are among the most powerful expressions of democratic resistance of our time.
This Plan formalises that commitment in line with the requirements of the European Horizon Europe framework programme and with European standards on gender equality in research. It is adopted by DORNA's Presidency, binds the institution as a whole, and is subject to biennial review.
